Crystal Hernandez is the Board Director at IRES. She grew up in the business with the guidance of her Parents Jesse Hernandez and Sylvia Hernandez. Her duties ranged from passing out flyers as a kid to running the company’s monthly Agent Meetings and trainings in her high school years. Her fierce business mind was developed by her father, yet her compassionate side by her mother. Crystal’s balanced personality truly embodies our IRES culture, which makes her the perfect candidate for the role of Board of Directors. She is now in charge of creating business generating campaigns and is her father’s very own right hand when it comes to decision making. Crystal is also broadening her wings on the Commercial Development side by becoming the assistant property manager for the McIntyre Company. As a Covina native, Crystal is highly involved in the community which gives her a sense of belonging and pride. She is a Board of Directors at the Covina Rotary Club and K-9 partners of Covina. She is also in charge of running IRES’s Charity events. In her free time, Crystal enjoys baking, truth be told she makes the most decadent Carrot Cake which made her mother very proud, and she also loves spending time outdoors.
